We’re a creative design and marketing studio led by Scott Madore. We help small businesses, clinics, and service-based companies stand out online with smart, strategic branding and web design.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We love working with professionals who serve their communities—clinics, wellness providers, contractors, and local businesses. Some of our clients include Sanctuary Day Spas and Simcoe Foot Clinic.
Where are you based? Do you work remotely?
We’re based in Ontario and work with clients across Canada and the U.S. All meetings and reviews can be done virtually.

You’ll work directly with Scott throughout your project. Communication happens through email, Zoom, and shared project tools for feedback and updates.
How many revisions are included?
We don’t limit rounds to a number. We collaborate until we reach the best version—efficiently and professionally.

What platform do you build on?
We design and build primarily on WordPress, making it easy for you to manage your content once live.
Will my site be mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?
Absolutely. Every site is built responsive, optimized for speed, and follows SEO best practices.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes. We can manage updates, backups, and hosting to keep your site secure and performing at its best.
Branding & Marketing
What’s included in a logo or brand package?
Final logo files in multiple formats, colour palette, font system, and brand usage guide—plus optional business cards, signage, or digital templates.
Do you help with marketing after launch?
Yes. We offer SEO, Google Ads, and social media support to help you attract new customers and keep your business visible online.
Can you review my current brand or website?
Definitely. Our Website Review or Brand Review (each from $250) gives you a professional audit with actionable improvements.
Working Together
What do you need from me to start?
We design and build primarily on WordPress, making it easy for you to manage your content once live.
Do you work on tight deadlines?
If capacity allows, yes. We’ll always be upfront about timelines before we commit.
Who owns the final work?
You own all approved final deliverables once the project is complete and paid for. We just retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Support & Guarantees
What if I’m not happy with the design?
We’ll work collaboratively to refine it. Our process ensures feedback is considered early and often.
Do you offer long-term support?
